Dickson Mundia is the Co-Founding Partner of Mundia & Mudhara Legal Practitioners. He joined Gill, Godlonton & Gerrans in 2001 and later served as Partner in 2004. In 2009, he served as a Political Specialist at the Embassy of the United States before co-founding Mundia & Mudhara in 2012.

Blessing Tafadzwa Mudhara is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Mundia & Mudhara Legal Practitioners. Between 1999 and 2002, he practised with three Harare-based law firms before serving as Legal Advisor to PG Zimbabwe Industries from 2004 to 2006. He was subsequently appointed Resident Magistrate for Lüderitz, Namibia, where he served from 2006 to 2012 before co-founding Mundia & Mudhara in 2012. 

He heads the firm's Civil Litigation, Conveyancing & property law, Intellectual Property, Insolvency & Corporate Rescue practice, mining law, mergers and acquisitions, trusts, wills & estates, debt recovery, immigration, family law and criminal law practices.
